Another vendor had attempted to replace a pump damaging and removing a portion of the well casing. Our approach was to video investigate the situation, remove a section of remaining damaged casing with a tool we designed and fabricated, then install a new casing and pump. The video clip shows the situation as we found it and the use of our specially fabricated well casing extracting tool.
